    ok this is going to sound rather strange but here goes:

    In the bible (and especially Revelations) if any multiple of 10 years (in this case 1000) is use it is not talking about the literal time, it is instead referring to a complete set of time, this set could be any number of years and would usually require some outside knowledge to know the actual time.

    So lets apply this

    1000 years since NM sealed: complete time set of Celestia ruling alone

    1000 years since Discord sealed: complete set of time when harmony ruled

    1000 years for Crystal Empire: complete set of time that Crystal Empire was gone/Sombra was gone

    Too Few Babies?

    Seeing how most of you descided not to actually read the article. here is a small snipet of what I am talking about

     

    At the earth’s present capacity of 7 billion people, each of them could stand within the boundaries of the United States' smallest state — Rhode Island — with just enough room to swing their arms around and only occasionally hit someone else. These seven billion could live within the borders of Texas with the same population density tolerated by the inhabitants of New York City today! Too many people is not cause for fear. Too few are.

    A friend recently showed me this article and It piqued my interest. This article is claiming that the world currently does not have enough babies to sustain our population.

    Look. I (respectfully) disagree with your views. but that dosent mean I can criticize you.  especially in the way you described here;

     

    Shitstorm happens. 17 close friends and a massive amount of strangers from my alma mater (high school) seemed compelled to make statuses behind my back criticizing me for my opinions. Hoping that I would enlist in the military and getting my head blown off by terrorists. Soldiers messaging me saying that they will beat the shit out of me. Idiots from out of left field who don't know anything about the military messaged me and with their "yolo swag" attitude thought would pop me a cap or two for my "un-American" behavior.

     

     

    These people are idiots, lets face it; the world if full of them. in short; no it dosent make you a "douche" it just revealed that so many other people are

    if she rejects you don't let it get you down. Im reminded of a really cliche saying: "If you love someone set them free. If they come back they're yours.

     

    but in all seriousness: TELL HER.  It avoids any chance at mixed signals and gives clear understanding between the two of you
