Skim through it and form a thesis on what you skimmed through. Use fancy vocabulary to make it sound strong.

I'll try and I really hope I can get up with something because I suck hard at writing an academic research papers. That's probably my biggest issue with history. In English all I have to do is learning and reading stuff, while in history I have to research, quote,etc.. Makes me want to quit that subject and study only English.

you do know that advanced english classes require you to write tons of academic stuff and essays, right? first english class is basically only there to learn you the basics, and if you keep studying on, they'll put more pressure on the fact that they think you know english on an advanced level (why would you pick an advanced english class if you WEREN'T good at english, anyway?)
