The early version of Hearth's Warming Tale, for the actual story itself
SpoilerThe episode was still about Starlight and the holidays, but for the Christmas Carol adaptation, before Starlight, the original Scrooge character was Discord, and Twilight would have been the Bob Crotchet character instead of Rainbow Dash(who would have instead been the Ghost of Jacob Marley). The rest was mostly the same except with Discord. And Tiny Tim would have actually showed up, played by Spike(Kinda glad they didn't include this in the final version, assuming they would have replaced Spike with Scootaloo, I don't think I could have handled that
They made a good call making Starlight be the Scrooge character, as it makes more sense narratively for both the story in the episode and the episode itself
