      I've heard of worse ideas... like the original XFL. But that doesn't mean this one is much better. Trying to start a major professional league when one is already popular (despite what people may say about recent NFL TV ratings) is a poor business decision. And the NFL already has 32 teams to juggle, so McMahon can't expect the NFL to bail him out with a merger when the new XFL fails.
