Wow.  This was an extremely entertaining and interesting read! And to be honest, I don't think I've ever really taken a notice to it.  I have to an extent I suppose, but never -really- realized it until you mentioned it, if that makes any bit of sense.  I think back, and it's actually quite true!  I love things like this... notices/facts of any kind so this certainly kept me interested. Very intriguing.
