Mane 6? Pinkie Pie. Simply put, she is crazy in all of the awesome ways.
Background ponies? Has to be Octavia, simply because I admire a good musician.
Non-ponies? Dischord. He is pretty much the evil version of Pinkie Pie mixed with Majora.
