Any place he finds you, block him. If he continues, threaten to report him to the police; you don't actually have to, just to scare him. Tell friends and family about this. And if he ever does something crazy like show up at your house, all bets are off; bury him.

@Emerald Heart actually, by tell someone i meant the police. Several states have specific laws against cyberstalking. Since you live in Texas, yours is the Stalking by Electronic Communications Act.
