    I decided to use the Diary my friend gave me for my birthday last August as a dream journal.

      • To vent your personal private feelings that you would rather not share with others. It typically helps relieve stress (for me, at least). Because there is some stuff that I would rather not tell my parents.

      Another good reason for a diary is just to have your memories written down for looking back.

      Thats why I want to start it up again. Write about what I did so I could look back on any moment and remember it vividly.
