Nah.

I mean, I did look fabulous but everything else was basically fun on the dance floor.

@Emerald<3I went to a band dance we had at our high school every year and I've only had one experience with dancing with another human being that I found pleasant, but that's because I don't feel comfortable dancing with the opposite sex... Also doesn't help that the Two-Step (which everyone was doing of course because this is Texas) starts to cause my thighs to ache after a while... :/

As for solo dances, well, they can be some fun, but I end up just feeling like an awkward mess most of the time. Over time it got less and less fun to do most of them until I just started spending most of the night sitting down compulsively eating the snacks.

I live in TX and nobody ever plays the damn two step.

We just do Cha Cha Slide and Cupid Shuffle.

And I only dance with my friends. 

I absolutely hate slow dancing. It's so awkward for me, I just have the most difficult time saying no.
