Jolt was gulping for air as a result of his escape from the Changelings. It took a minute but soon he was at a regular breathing rate. "Miss Pia., are you okay?" he asked. He noticed Flare's return with a new mare and made an approach. "Hey Flare. Who's the new mare here? If your after a group spot you best ask Delia."

"Have fun if you can!" the mare shouted. The last few ponies were making their way to the train, some engaged in conversation with eachother. A tuft of steam shot out of the pipe of the train as it warmed up for its journey. (OOC: ANYONE WILLING TO EAVESDROP, MAKE A ROLL ON WISDOM.)

"No please, I insist. I hear it's a magical ring. Once belonged to an adventurer they say." the mare said. "But regardless of that, I hope you stay safe on your journey. Let's hope you find the problem and beat it quickly. But run along now, you might miss the train!"

Mine is a slight smile but my mouth is slightly open. It really freaks some people out that I smile everywhere (especially at a shop full of grumpy, middle-aged people).

The sight of how Flare was treating the Changeling sent shivers down his spine. "Flare, that's barbaric! A gentle voice will get you further than threats when you are seeking information." Jolt went towards the pinned Changeling and carefully removed the sharpened wing. He placed a hoof over the cut on the Changeling's neck. "Calm down for a minute. Until that cut can get sorted out, a hoof will have to do. Try not to move." Jolt said in calming tones.

The beam hit the stallion in the back left leg, causing it to seize up and send him into a screaming faceplant. The elderly mare walked over to him and gave a kick to his side. She reclaimed that which had been stolen, a small copper ring. She then trotted towards Thought Shaper and said "Ooh. Thank you! This ring took me weeks to get. Here, you take it. You deserve it more than I do."
