An executive order is making law which is something only congress is allowed to do, the president is supposed to sign bills into law (or veto) and enforce laws not make laws through fiat just because he dosen't have his way in congress. I don't care what presidents wrote how many orders, it dosen't change the fact that they all violated the constitution.

That's just them wielding their "executive power" and taking care "that the Laws be faithfully executed". It's all in how you read into that. What's constitutional is what can fly past the Supreme Court, and they haven't had a problem with it yet.
