I'd agree with that age range too. They're obviously not adults, but neither are they very young – Sandbar doesn't look like a foal, and I'd assume the others are around the same age as he is.
Hard to say... I'd guess Sandbar is the oldest (he often seems to be the most mature) and Yona the youngest (her voice and personality are the most childlike to me).
