It's like a Ferris Wheel. Except, instead of baskets, there's enclosed baskets that are commonly referred to as "eggs." These are able to spin 360 degrees. So, the big "Ferris Wheel" spins fast, which spins your egg a bit, but you can spin it yourself, too. You can also lock it in place, which is useful for doing awesome stuff like simulating the sensation of almost being smashed into the ground.
