My entire body still hurts. Lifting 300 pounds on the leg press machine was an excellent idea.

Lol, man, it's been a long time since I've lifted weights, but I've worked outside doing heavy labor all summer, so I'm pretty tone. Not big, but tone. I'm 6 foot and ~180 lbs, and I'd like to stay right there.
