Onboard GPU? I have a 660.. Sure it doesn't have HDMI 2.0. But a tv being 60hz should run media in 60fps.

Ah. I was under the impression you wanted to simply run em' locally on your computer.

I have all seasons of MLP on my HDD. I want my PC to just make it 60fps. No gamer can get games to run at 120fps, we have 120hz monitors. I should be able to do fps on my own.
