The human body is but a machine yet we are able to think and reason if we can then an AI should be able to as well

Neurologists have stated that the brain is a type of computer we have yet to understand. It is similar to the computer I type on now, but this computer isn't aware. If we can create an AI that has a sense of self and can respond to every question accurately, than AI does exist. Humans think in objects and symbols, which is different than binaries from 1 to 0. But the brain operates in a binary fashion, neurons either fire or they don't.

That is correct though I myself am not much of a technical person so I will leave the ones and zeros and the binary stuff to those with such expertise
