A mecha anime series from the 1970s. Newest series would be Gundam 00 and Gundam AGE. The franchise is based on the main timeline, known as Universal Century, as a far future from our real timeline, where humanity has moved into space and started living in space colonies. One of the colony clusters declares independence from the Earth, claiming that humans living on it are having their souls dragged down by gravity and using up resources. This starts a space war, involving armies of space mecha.

Earth Federation is losing the battle against this 'Principality of Zeon,' and they start developing a special mobile suit called a Gundam to turn the tides of the war and put a stop to Zeon. Hayden Seraphis is the name of my fanmade character.
