I liked it though it did feel a bit rushed. The songs where good plus lots of funny moments. I do think they could've gone more in depth with story though. I mean I can't be the only one wondering how Apple Bloom, granny Smith, and Big Mac took to having Pinky working on the farm. That would caused major confusion with them to be sure.  But either way I've got Anime to fall back on. I know I wont be going nuts by the time Season 4 gets here

Honestly I really don't get why everyone is major a big deal over it. Its just a cartoon. I don't see any real reason why it will feel like "the world is ending" She gets wings and a title. Its not as huge of a deal as everyone is making it out to be. Seriously. Just. Get. Over. It.

Well, I have one problem with that marketing tactic they used on people like me: It distracted me from my real-life.

 

I've been scrounging all over the Internet, such as mlp.wikia.com, just to find answers as to whether or not this is temporary or permanent. I kept analyzing screenshots and promos, trying to piece together the entire episode before it could air. Unfortunately, every time I do that, it just leads me to more questions than actual answers.

 

And, what's even worse, is that I'm obsessed with it, almost to the point of being distracted from my real-life. I can't study at school like I used to. I can't enjoy anything else I enjoy, like Mass Effect 3, for example. I can't even remain optimistic, and it just makes me even more clingy to My Little Pony and Twilight Sparkle as a unicorn rather than an alicorn! I'm just constantly angry, confused, ridiculously obsessed. And, I blame Hasbro and the writers for this.

 

They could've used other marketing tactics to win their audiences over, like the fan-feedback tactic BioWare is using right now! And, they could've created other MLP toylines other than Princess Twilight! Instead, they have to use destructive, manipulative tactics that turn people like myself into obsessed, emotional wrecks, who can't live a normal life because some corporate douchebags decided to turn me into their marketing slave.

Ummm that seems rather unhealthy for you. My advice: go out for or a walk and take a major brake. There is no need at all to let a cartoon take this much control over your life.

*I would wake up at 7 am as I always do, fumbling around in the dark to shut the arm off. When trying to stand up normally, My legs would shake causing my body to fall, my mind still not fully aware. Looking down I would see pure, snow white velvet like fur and hooves instead of my normal human arms, hands, feet, and legs. In total a panic I'd rush into the bathroom the light coming on without any sort of flip switching. Upon looking in the mirror pure terror fills every fiber of my being as I force back a scream that could make any ponies blood run cold.

My hair, now long and purple. My eyes changed from deep green to blue. A prominent horn now protrudes outwards towards the bleeding red dawn of the day. A purple tail softy swishes back and forth, lighting tickling my hind legs. The last thing I remember is a knock on the bath room door, as a wave of pure dizziness washes over me. My new pony body slowly slides down the bathroom sink before making contact with the cool titles of the bathroom floor. The room around me fades to black.*

Was it...all a dream? Or am I left to face a reality that I can not bare to witness?

((I have a terrible fear of horses. As odd as that may sound it is the truth. While cartoon horses don't bother me, real life horses do, so I keep my distance. Even so, waking up as a pony with be a terrible nightmare. Worse than anything I have ever faced within my 30 years on earth.))

It might just be me, but really why is everyone making such a huge deal over it? She gets wings and a title, so what. From what I understand by reading the article Twilight will still be the same. The responsibly alone might make her go "Yeah, its a nice thing to have but I don't want to rule." And then she'll have inside jokes afterwords like "Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt and don't want to ever go back."

Point being we wont know anything for sure until the actual episode airs. And it seems to me a lot of people are willing to ditch the show over this. Being an avid anime geek I know how it is when you really get into something, only to find out when something changed. Its like some box sets I have.

When they Cry: Only season one was ever dubbed due to lack of sales ((and there's three seasons in total))

xxxHolic: Same deal ((And there's a season 2 plus three OVAs))

Ghost Hunt: Only one season was ever made. Believe me a lot of people really want a season 2, but its not happening.

Case Closed: Only dubbed up to episode 130 and there's a total of 684 so far and its still on going. I was so POed when I read they where not going to keep dubbing them. I was really wanting to finish it! ((I don't mind subbed but I like dubbed better))

Sailor Moon: Only season 5 was never dubbed for reasons having to do with the Sailor Stars changing from boys to girls. ((Yes that is an actual fact)) But they doing a re-boot of Sailor Moon and bringing it back this Summer.

So Twilight getting wings and title of Princess is going to happen and there is nothing we can do to stop it. The writers, animators, story bored artists and the like are just doing their jobs. Hasbro's main job is to sale toys. We can whine and complain but that will not change anything. Let the chips fall where they may.

I am really curious about this year's V-day dragon. So far we've gotten Sweet, Roses, and Chocolate. I hope we get something with actual hearts this year. I wonder if there will be another card sending event as well *thinks*

Personally if you are as good at meditating as you say you are i think you will have no problem at all. Just find a nice quite place and focus on the voice and it will work trust me. (iv'e got this to work 3 times already with 3 different tracks)

Yeah that will have to wait until after I get my kids in bed Then I can download it and put it on my phone sense my headphones wont reach to my bed XD

Nds are made by having really low timed eggs and a certain amount of views. That one I didn't make myself, I was gifted from a friend of mine. Mind you she only gifted it to me as I have none at the time and I'm terrible when it comes to catching CB golds and silvers. Other than this years new prize dragons and 1st gen hollies ND actually fetch a high price unless your able to churn them out like a factory worker.

This actually makes me wish I was able to make them so easily, maybe then I can actually get some CB golds and silvers on my scroll for once.  Also I am so jelly of you magic. I have one bright pink, but her linage is long, messy, and inbred so I don't breed her. I only use her as a marker reminder of when I joined XD

I'm glad you like them, and I thank you for your suggestions. They might be a little hard for me to follow as I learn by someone showing me step by step. I know how to use layers which I got from looking up coloring tuts on YouTube. However the person I used don't talk very often which is how I learn best. By someone telling how its done and showing it as well. I took what I did understood and worked with it. I never thought they looked flat and I have downloaded Photoshop brushes of all kinds ^^ Far as cool colors I like them XD Yeah I know I'm weird. I try not to use pure black or white unless I think it fits. That's why I left some of things white ((ie the girls sitting on the porch I think its called)) and just did her skirt. I was trying to get her outfit as close as I could to a Shrine Maiden. I'll try some warmer colors in others I find and see how those turn out. Again thank you for your input. ^^

I can't draw my way out of a paper bag lmao ((yeah so much for being in art club for my high school life )) But these are just different manga scans I found online ^^ I can't really color panels ((too much detail and my wrist would give out)) so I do the scans that introduce each chapter. Plus it also gives me room to add my own background And I only gave that girl the purple hair b/c in the actual cover she has light purple hair. I just made it a bit darker. As far as having natural purple hair yeah I can just image all the looks I'd get lol

I don't recall what the Flutter Ponies look like exactly, but isn't the clear-winged Rarity that appears in Sonic Rainboom essentially the same thing?  I seem to vaguely remember Hasbro selling a Rarity based on that design when I was pony shopping with my best friend last year. 

Kind of in the newser sense I guess. *shrugs* my avay is of RoseDust from Gen 1. Her wings are shorter but clear. They flutter much like a fairy would, thus why they are Fultter Ponies. Only RoseDust, Morning Glory, and Honeysuckel where ever really seen in the actual tv series in 1986. That might be why some don't really remember them so well ^^

I like to keep my chacater and everything else a bit of a mysterty, thus letting the rp as it goes along revile more and more. If that makes any sense XD

I was more of a fan of the Flutter Ponies from Gen 1 ^^ I thought thier wings where so pretty when they flew around ((hense the name XD)) I am 30 and I am proud mom of 2. What I would like to see in Gen 4 is the Flutter Ponies brought back. ((actually has an idea for my frist ever MLP fan fic for it)) That would be something to see.

I am never good at making up my own character. So for all my rp set ups I do have ((which are nothing but horror or mystery related, sense that is really the only thing I'm good at)) have some of the r/l me in them. I only make like tiny little differences but they are mainly based around me. Yeah I know, sucky right.
