      Short answer: Yes, very

      Long answer: Depends on how much your into VN's. If you like them or just want to start somewhere, giving Little Busters a try is definitely worth it. The only drawback is that it requires some.... "dedication", the VN takes around 40 hours to complete, if not more

      You could also just watch the anime adaptation, which is basically the same thing but without the romance elements. It's slightly rushed and can be a bit confusing if you don't...
