  1. -It's not a generated OC -It's well drawn -It actually looks like a legitimate OC who would qualify as a BG pony of sorts On behalf of the entire brony community: Thank you 10/10
  2. Moog, stop it already! 10/10
  3. Huzzah, Dawn is starting to like Electronic music :3 But that song you posted is IDM, which is more of Moog's area of expertise, but I can give a recommendation or 2 Aphex Twin is someone you should look into This is probably something you're looking for Though this is isn't very similar to what you posted, maybe you'll like Nightmares on Wax? I also posted a Downtempo song just above (Wickethewok - Deepecho) which you might like
  4. But I'm here now, so there's no need to worry, my dear >:3
  5. Eh, I don't like I remember at all, but I fucking love Faxing Berlin to death, one of my favorite Deadmau5 tracks ever Anyways, I'll post my favorite Downtempo song Btw, where is Moog when you need him...
  6. That was quite interesting. When it comes to ambient, I usually stick to The Orb or Aphex Twin. I just recently heard Asa & Stumbleine, which I will look into in the future (though I would call it Downtempo, but whatever) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIx2X8MSZF4 Progressive House is not something that belongs in this thread, but those songs were chill enough I guess. Try to stick to the real Chill-out genres instead
  7. That list was epic 10/10 Aphex Twin - Xtal Burial - Truant Huxley - Box Clever Crying Wolf - nor Artificial Colours Feat Alex Mills The Grid - My Nu Leng
  8. Alright, we need more Future Garage up there, so I'll nominate "Clubroot (III-MMXII)" by Clubroot. Not as good as his 2 first albums, but without a doubt a great album
  9. Eh... 4/10 SBTRKT - Wildfire SBTRKT - Trails of the Past Boards of Canada - 1969 XXYYXX - About You Martyn - Vancouver
  10. Chill-out is basically an umbrella term for following genres. Any of these genres or any similar genres qualify as Chill-out music and are fine to discuss here: I'll start this thread with something from my favorite Future Garage album: "II:MMX" by Clubroot. Probably the best track off that album:
  11. Need to nominate mooooaaarrrr I'll nominate "SBTRKT" by SBTRKT. Feels like I'm starting to nominate plenty of self-titled albums here....
  12. I'll nominate XXYYXX's second album titled... well, "XXYYXX". Not too difficult to remember I can't believe that he was 16 when he made this album...
  13. There are actually Dubstep artists who use electronic equipment in a more "instrumental" way, several Post-Dubstep groups/artists do this. James Blake and Mount Kimbie instantly comes to mind, so even Dubstep can keep the spirit of "instrumental" music alive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LPaqAQ4u48
  14. Dude, you're the one exaggerating here, Shoboni was simply stating his opinion, every single person on earth have the right to do so. You can bash his music taste as much as he can bash yours You're talking about Brostep here, Dubstep isn't a retarded shrieking and ear shattering, vocal sampling rape fest
  15. Stupid Techno, I don't like you But I'm getting addicted to it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaThtqe1YI0
  16. You're shitting me, right? Dubstep and Techno are 2 completely different things. Don't believe me? Here is a typical Techno song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaThtqe1YI0 Here is a typical Dubstep song: And I have never seen anyone call Daft Punk's music Dubstep, and whoever does have no idea what they are talking about. If you see someone say so, just ignore them. And they were never Techno to begin with, they have only played House music (some call it French House though)
  17. Silverhoof stays gold, forever gold... If you got the reference, you are awesome
  18. Down with the Sickness is actually good, and you got 30 Seconds to Mars. So that scores high, right? Well, I was going to rate it high, but then I saw Nickelback 7.5/10 Without Nickelback - 3/10 With Nickelback Hoshizora no Memoria OST 23 - Onaji Hoshi ni Umarete P*Light vs DJ Noriken - Glitters Distance - Night Vision Breakshift - Memories of Now Tapes & Diggory Kenrick - Pipe Cleaner (12" mix)
  19. I can't claim to have seen many horror movies, and those movies that I have seen are often disturbing, gory and plain disgusting, rather than being genuinely scary. But "The Ring" scared the living hell out of me, perhaps because I saw it when I was 5 years old
