      Who the hell knows? This is a question that nobody can answer but you. This isn't a thing you can decide after waking up on your 16th birthday, it just happens naturally. No set dates. I'll say it again: Give it time

      Puberty ends around the age of 16-17 (for boys), so you still got plenty time left

      And you're only 14, the very beginning of puberty. These thoughts and wishes will develop in one way or another, so give it time

      If you simply wished to be born a female, you wouldn't be considered a transgender by definition. But if you go to such extend that you want be considered as a female by others (by looking like one, acting like one etc), you are transgender

      The definition of transgender (according to thefreedictionary.com):

      "Appearing as, wishing to be considered as, or having undergone surgery to become a member of the opposite sex."

       

      If you can relate to that, you're transgender. If not, you're not transgender
