Just put up the lifting bench, broke a flower pot and ended up hurting myself.. Little blood nothing major, lol. Lifted for an hour, the rod was I think 100-110 lbs but also had two smaller weights that are 13 lbs. I had to stop after an hour, couldn't handle the 110 anymore got too tired. Couldn't even do pushups anymore.. There was so much dust on the bench.

Cardio just refers to aerobic exercises like running, biking etc. XD And the protein shakes I had after weight training sessions were also largely homemade; 2 scoops of whey protein powder, 2 bananas, 1 tbs honey and 2 tbs natural peanut butter all blended together with milk. They're quite tasty, but too filling for me…I never want to eat dinner after drinking them. :X
