    I guess I should have told you all, but I've decided to stop drinking soda or drinks with sugar. I haven't touched one in a week or almost two I think. Just wanted to share this, I plan on just not drinking coke, pepsi and etc. Unless it's on special occasions and maybe energy drinks when needed but other then that I'm only drinking water, milk and apple juice and other juices.

      to be acurate, diet means eating food, so if u go on a diet, then ur eating something, and it also means that they dont have to make it taste off, just stick the name on it
