  1. But open discussion helps ideas evolve and grow and can even perhaps uncover flaws which can be corrected to make the idea better. It would be unnatural and boring if everyone acted like sheep and just accepted what administration told them.
  2. I think this movement would have went a lot smoother and would have been better received if it was done gradually over a couple months. It's a quite a shock to normalcy when we go from having 6 moderators on Sunday to having 18 on Monday lol. Also, chill yo stuff everyone, I got this. (EXCLUSIVE MLP FORUMS META LEAK)
  3. I think an appropriate comparison to this whole situation is growing pains. It may seem excessive/overkill/intimidating/etc now, but eventually it will be just right and will make things (hopefully) more efficient and cooperative. Just have to stumble through the awkwardness until the situation matures and fulfills what it was created for.
  4. I guess that makes it feel a little better, but I'm still not completely 100% keen on this.
  5. Oh this topic is riiiiiiight up my alley *ahem* They are both terrible, but Diamond Tiara gets a pass due to her young age, immaturity, and being pampered most of her life. She doesn't know any better and acts the way she does because no one, like her parents, has told her otherwise. Trixie on the other hand, is an older, mature pony who is unequivocally an arrogant, self-aggrandizing show-off who would put an entire town in danger just to garner attention to herself. Yes I did use big words in this post to confuse Tom so he cannot rebut me.
  6. Well, I think it's safe to add today to the list as Exponential Mod Expansion day
  7. To echo your point, I miss seeing Zoop and Swoop around here (unless I just don't go into the topics they're in). I miss reading their insights and opinions because I think they're swell fellas. :/
  8. While ultimately you are correct, I think it's just ingrained in everyone that when a certain person holds a power over you that could potentially restrict your opinion/voice, it's hard not to see them as an authority figure. That's the nature of the beast when it comes to being a moderator that even though you're in it to keep the peace and make sure everyone has a good time. Despite your best intentions, you're naturally going to be viewed as a power-wielder and thus an authority figure.
  9. *goes to a local gambling establishment* *wanders around the basement while defeating bad guys* *finds the Silph Scope* Ha ha! Now I can see Tom the Diamond!

  10. Confirmed thus far for Money in the Bank 2012: WWE Championship - CM Punk © vs. Daniel Bryan Money in the Bank Ladder Match (WWE Championship Contract) - John Cena vs. Chris Jericho vs. Big Show vs. Kane Money in the Bank Ladder Match (World Heavyweight Championship Contract) - TBD
  11. They don't have to all be hidden, because that can open the floodgates to fringe users being like "Woohoo mods are asleep, post NSFW!" I think a healthy middle-ground is 3-5 heck I'll even go 5-7 that way people know there is a presence there, yet it's not overwhelming.
  12. Very true, but for someone who is newer to these parts or is very self-conscious about their posting activity here, seeing 3 mods online can make them feel a lot more at ease than seeing 7-10 online at once. I'm just playing devil's advocate and bringing to attention a potential intimidation factor.
  13. I respect the decision and intent behind it, but I can't say I'm too enthused by it. I feel like the heavy amount of moderators online will intimidate people from posting as they will believe they're constantly being watched (which is justifiable considering what poor posting can crop up from time to time, but not constantly justifiable) I guess what I'm trying to say is, I would like my experience here to be not completely lawless, but comfortable enough where I don't feel I have a moderator breathing down my neck waiting for me to make a questionable post.
  14. Last time I really enjoyed a divas match was Mickie James vs. Trish Stratus at WM22. That was great and a little hot.
  15. That was probably the best use of the Divas of the past 3 years. Mmmmmmm
  16. I just marked a little bit when the lights went out. Y2J is saving us from this bad Cena promo like Y2J saved us from Randy Orton in 2007
  17. I wouldn't mind it if AJ creepily stalked me. Just sayin'
  18. SOMEBODY CALL MY MOMMA!! one of my favorite themes About time Brodus Clay has a legitimate feud and just not squash match after squash match
  19. YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! Here comes Del Rio to ruin the show!
  20. R.I.P. Eddie Guerrero. I know it's been like 5 years ago, but man he was entertaining. I'll never forget his championship win against Brock Lesnar. Amazing moment.

      Vicke

R.I.P indeed! One of the best, if not the best entertainer in WWE's history.

  21. Can't wait for Vickie Guerrero to be screaming in my ear tonight when she's GM of Raw and Smackdown all this week. /sarcasm
  22. Yeah, Colts won't be relevant for a while now. Texans are going to dominate since the Jags and Titans are sub-par as well. Also toughest division this year NFC North or AFC North? Pack, Bears, Lions, Vikes or Ravens, Steelers, Bengals, Brownies? Gimme the AFC North still. You can also make a case for the NFC South with Falcones, Bounties, Bucs, Cam Newtons.
  23. Let's see what this is all about ... ...... ....
