    There's a rumor going around that Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness, Smaug in The Hobbit) will be cast as the villain in Star Wars Episode VII. Kind of redundant.

      So if this turns out to be true, that means this guy will have been a bad guy in Star Trek, Star Wars, and Middle Earth. He just needs to be cast as the Master in Doctor Who, and he'll be a villainous god among nerds.
