      I've heard some people don't like Clara. Why is that? Or is it the dynamic between her and the 11th doctor that people disliked?

      Some people just don't like Clara. To be sure, her dynamic is totally different with Twelve. Whereas all she could really do was act snarky or annoyed around Eleven, she's now the moral pillar/much more mature assistant to Capaldi.
