      Making your resume look good without actually lying is a learned skill. Don't make stuff up, just put the emphasis on parts that you think they'd be interested in. Helping with a concession stand is a food services position that emphasized customer service and communication skills. Did you actually handle the register/till? If so, that's cashiering experience. Maybe point out that it was a volunteer position supporting the local team. Some hiring managers go all gooey for sports.
