I have been trying this out for a while and found some positive effects, I now have better control over my mind and body. Twilight really helps me to get through with my studies, while Rainbow makes me more competitive and the will to strive through a more trained body. These hypnotize files have made me a better person, and I feel like returning my gratitude by writing the script for Chrysalis =)
