Equinox has been in love before but it didn't end very well...the mare before broke his heart and left him deep in sorrow for a long time. He knew Quill for a while and had feelings for her but was afraid to even tell her. When he wrote the love letter it was he himself inside his own heart telling him to do this and to not be afraid. But now...look at where he is now right in front of the mare he loves.

Blaze said as he grabbed some thing that helped deal with seizures from the merlot.
