That is possible. Looking at everything I have, it occurs to me that I am a pretty defective person. Diabetic, depressed and anxious, autistic traits, minimal diet.

Not a defective person...no. A person with defects? Sure. Sounds almost the same, but it's not. Everyone has some sort of defect(s) whether they like it or not. It just takes looking past the bad things and looking at every good thing you have, no matter how simple. You could be depressed and anxious *all* the time, be *completely* autistic, have *no* diet. I won't say it's that easy though, because I know the feeling, I have dysthymia too. Sometimes, life sucks, but it can always...
