Right, anyway though...you'll go through these feelings sometimes, even kind of sounds like Dysthymia.

I was already diagnosed with a depressive disorder and anxiety disorder, but I haven't been consistently depressed for two years. These huge spikes in behavior flared up two days ago.

That's what Dysthymia is. It kind of just comes up, lightly, but can have big effects.
