    Nexus awoke in his bed, a headache greeting him with throbbing temples. He started rubbing his hooves into the sides of his head, hoping to remedy the issue, when he found a bit of blood. Looking around, he saw blood and broken glass in his bed. "Well, Justice is fair at least." He muttered to himself. He got up, replaced the sheets of his bed, and hunted down the nearest shower to clean the blood from his mane. He found it odd that even when wet, his mane retains the Mohawk style. Dried, clean, and his headache only a mild case now, he returned to his room, and saw Klarix in the corner with the log they discovered. It then occurred to him; he never read it. A few minutes passed in silence, before Nexus decided to make conversation to pass the time. "So, Cypriss," He said without looking away from the path. "What's the story between you and Mo? I'm assuming that match means couple, am I right?"

    @@slimmyjimjim, Hmm, I am going to assume match means that she has been put into an arranged marriage of some description, maybe just for the sake of reproduction. That is going to complicate things going forward. He also seems to be showing a sudden and odd amount of affection in the presence of Corkscrew. Perhaps he's jealous, or protective. Do these two even love each other? I could check...No, they may sense it. I think. It isn't like they know what being fed on is like. I may investigate later...wait, why do I even care? He figured it best not to make enemies with potential allies, as that would make any future work, much more difficult. He turned to Cypriss, making sure not to have his back to the male changeling. "Chrysalis can only control others threw hive mind integration or feeding. She can't feed on other changelings-or me-and both me and Parcel can tune out the hive mind. I however, can feed off of changelings, so she is sending me to locate the Double Lily. This plant should allow her to gain my feeding power, and me her mind control power. I was actually hoping that you would accompany me on this trip. I could use someling with experience in combat and infiltration." One thought ran through the mind of Nexus as he waited for a reply. Did I just say someling? I'm using changeling grammer now? Damn, maybe the hive mind is having a bigger effect than I thought He heard a sneeze in the other room, and called out to it. "Who's there?"

      Ah. Yes, that stage is quite tough. The long length of it doesn't help either. It's so easy to fall off of that stage, making it hard to really go fast.

      I would just try to play through the stage by going slow and seeing if you can beat it without dying. Once you get a better feel for the level, then you can play through by boosting more. In 2D segments, you always want to try to take routes that are "higher up" because those tend to be the faster than paths that are closer to the ground. I don't have much else to say because Unleashed is all about trial and error. Good luck, and have fun!

He ultimately decided that he would need a mage for this job, in case they needed anything repaired. "Alright Chrysalis, I'll be back with your plant before you know it." He said plainly. He put a hoof to his chin, looking around. "Now which way did they go...?" He muttered to himself.

    @@slimmyjimjim, Nexus took a second to let what the queen had said ink in. She controlled ponies through feeding, and changelings through hive mind integration. When a changeling like Parcel broke off from the hive mind, she could no longer control them. And it looks like she can't feed off other changelings. But Nexus could. He wasn't full changeling, so that must allow him to feed off changelings. That means that combined with Chrysalis's mind control abilities, the hybrid could exert control over anypony, or changeling, he desired. And he was given a choice. But what kind was it really? "You offer power, at the cost of personal freedom, or freedom at the cost of pony life. Before I make a choice, I want to know; how do I know you won't make me hurt my friends after you got control?"

To this end, Nexus face hoofed. "I thought I told you to get Corkscrew out of here. Why did you...never mind." Nexus was not about to waist his breath chewing out these two, and instead turned his attention to the changeling queen. "Evening ma'am, I brought your daughter back, safe and sound. Dinner went swimmingly." His voice dripped with sarcasm.
