Well have a nice relaxing sleep then ActFast.

  2. This sounds like an interesting premise. And I have been looking for an excuse to use Max again. So if you'll have me, I would like to join as well.
  3. @, @@Snowy Storm, "Yeah that would make sense. Though I have never been flirty in my entire life, so I don't think being female would immediately change that. Plus...it would be kinda weird. I understand that I'm still straight, meaning that as a mare, I am attracted to colts, but...I don't know. It just seems like it would be awkward." Max thought about it for a second, remembering his interest in what life as a mare would be like. "Though I suppose I wouldn't be opposed to the idea. I mean, we all end up our proper genders when and if we stop this, so everything would work out in the end."
  4. @, @@Snowy Storm, Max shook her hand. "Max Allen. Or just Max. Pleasure to meet you Scribe Shield." She turned to face the colt before them. "And a pleasure to meet you as well...Icy Night was it?" Max was actually surprised by her manner. "Wow I...I'm usually not this confident meeting new ponies. I guess being female makes socializing easier?" She asked nopony in particular, shrugging.
  5. @, Max nodded in understanding, before the mare addressed another pony. She spoke up, deciding to share her own experience. "Once before, I had a personal experience with transformation, and losing myself in it. The way you get out of it is to grab a thought. It can be a job, a passion, a pony, something important in your life that would be adversely and negatively impacted by the change. Make that your motive for changing back, and never lose it. That should do the trick." Max thought about her parents, and how the community she so deeply rooted herself into, and how they would all react to him being a mare. "By the way, I never caught your name."
  6. @, Again, Max shrugged. "Ponies find love in the strangest of places. I don't mind it, but I also believe that getting out of here alive and finding a way to change our genders back to normal takes precedence. Of course...some ponies...may not WANT to change back. The case I saw, the couple in question to this day are still gender swapped. It may be an active choice or the change trying to make itself more permanent, but either way, there is a chance that some of us will stay like this."
  7. @, Max looked puzzled at first, but then noticed what she was seeing and hearing. She simply shrugged. "Believe it or not, this isn't the first time this has happened. I knew two ponies who were in love, but they swapped genders thanks to my mistake. And they stayed like that. In fact, I think they may have...done things in that form." Max looked off to the side. "Then again I turned into a dragon and did the same things, but that's another story." She muttered to himself. "My point being is that it just doesn't make a difference for some ponies. When you change, your sexuality adjusts to accommodate the new gender. If you liked mares as a colt, you'll like colts as a mare. If you liked the same sex, you will continue to like the same sex in a new gender. At least, that's what I've observed."

  9. @, "I don't think my outfit ever saved my life before, but if I recall correctly, it saved my grandpa's life. Apparently somepony tried to shoot him, but luckily the bullet hit the button on the jacket instead." Max recalled, pointing out the dented button 3 buttons from the top. "This coat and fedora have been in my family since the founding of Equestria. So naturally, it's built to last." She said proudly, before looking down the hall, seeing a pegasus colt get nailed with a few darts. "Holy crap that looks painful." She said with a wince.
  10. @, "I will come back for these. Trust me, I know the feeling. If I lost my fedora or coat, I would be devastated. But your life is far more valuable than your armor. Now, let's get you out of there." Max wrapped her forelegs around her waist, and lifted. It took some effort, but soon they were both up to the surface. "Now for the armor." She flew down, and picked up the pile with the vital pieces. It was heavy, and Max was barely able to get it out of the hole. She got up, and dropped the armor down gently, before collapsing into a panting mess. "A-alright. Let me rest for a sec. I'll get the rest soon." She said between huffs.
  11. @@Charcoal Embers, @, Max reached the bottom, and began to help each member up. She started with the colt that freed them, and got him up, just on the other side of the trap door, facing the end of the hall, where they needed to go. She descended again, but in trying to pick up the unicorn mare, found that she was packing too much weight. "Hey, I can't carry you and your armor at the same time. Leave the armor and I'll come get it once your safe." She spoke through strained grunts.
  12. @@Charcoal Embers, @, Max rushed over to the trap door, thankful that the trip wires on the way there were cleared out. She looked down the hole to see the colt alive but trapped. She turned to the armored mare with a quizzical look in her face. "I think I would be a better candidate for this, considering I have wings." She spoke as calmly as she could, before unfolding her wings and beginning the decent.
  13. @, Max would of argued, but she had a guess as to why this armored mare wasn't going to give up the armor. And she could relate with that. Taking another look at the hall, she remembered the spear sticking out of the wall that shot first. "Why don't we pull out that spear and use it instead. Again, it is large enough to set the traps off and it wont put any of us in danger."
  14. @@Charcoal Embers, @, "Here's an idea. Why not remove your armor, and throw it down the hall? It seems large enough to trigger the traps in this hall, and nopony has to get stabbed in the process." Max said plainly. He glanced down the hall, seeing a spear sticking out of the wall, and shuddered lightly.
  15. Max trotted over to the door where the others were. On her way, she passed by a mirror and spotted herself in her peripheral vision. Turning to get a full look, she saw that her body got even slimmer than it was before, but she got taller as well. She stood taller than Luna, but shorter than Celestia. Her mane was longer, now reaching her back. Her tail was a little longer too, and wasn't as messy as it was before. Facial wise, Max was mostly unchanged. Her features were softer, her jaw was curved more, and her eyes actually looked a little bigger than before. She let her wings out to full mast, and saw that they looked...softer, for lack of a better word. Folding them back and giving herself one last look, she actually didn't look half bad. "Is it weird that I look better in a fedora and concierge coat as a mare than I do as a stallion?" She said to nopony in particular. With a shrug, Max trotted over to the door. "Alright, ready when you are." @@Charcoal Embers,
  16. Lesson for today: RPs that go a mile a second scare people away

  17. @@Charcoal Embers, I think it would be best for me to sit back, wait for the main event, and see if I can't jump in then, because with the current speed, there is no chance in hell that I can contribute anything.
  18. OK, I may have to drop out. I make a post and 2 other posts are already done that retcon my post. I really was looking forward to a fun RP like this, but I just can't keep up. Sorry. @@Charcoal Embers,
  19. @, @, "Sir, with all do respect, it is secret for proper reason. I don't get a normal life. You don't get a normal life. Garrison sure as hell doesn't get a normal life. Hell, half the ponies here don't get a normal life. Even if the Presence is beaten, and the land restored to its formal glory, ponies like you and me are trapped in these lives of danger, adventure, and death. But ponies like Lume still have a chance for a normal life when all is said and done. And if you drag her into this, you take that away. So please, leave her out of this. I can handle whatever task that is needed. Garrison isn't the only one that can get around quickly." (A bit dramatic, but I didn't know what else to post)
  20. @, Max took a good long look at that hole. She thought about it, and decided to give it a try. She removed his coat and fedora, slipping it through the bars and tossing them outside the cage. She then hovered up, and began to wiggle through the gap. She was legitimately surprised that he was managing without getting stuck. Max was always the tall but slim type, but she could of sworn that she had more mass than this. With one final push, Max tumbled out of the cage. Getting up, she trotted over to her outfit, dusting it off before slipping the coat back on, and the fedora onto her head. "Alright, I'm through. Let me see about grabbing that tool set now." Max trotted over to the colt's tool bag, picking it up in her mouth, and bringing it too him. On closer examination, he recognized the colt. "Wait...weren't you the mare that freed us last time? Why...how......?" Max looked around, and saw a lot of the guests he saw in the wrong gender. That's when it hit him. "Not again..." She muttered to herself. "Well, I said I wanted to see what being a mare was like. Wish granted." She didn't need to look in a mirror. She knew what she would find. @@Charcoal Embers,
  21. Max awoke, unbelieving that he was shot by some turret on the ceiling. Speaking of which, shouldn't he be dead? He didn't feel dead. He slowly awoke, and saw that a mare clad in armor trying to break the door down to their cell. He...or as he has yet to discover, she, got to her hooves, and adjusted the fedora on her head. She saw the bars weakening, and got an idea. She approached the armored mare, clearing her throat to get her attention. "Stand back, I have an idea." She said. She was a little curious why her voice sounded...feminine, but decided to ignore it until they were free. Max hovered up as much as she could, got the back of the cage, pressed her hindlegs against the back, the sprung forward, using all the speed she could muster and rammed the door. Max tumbled to the ground, the door holding. However, it appears that a corner has been bent off, creating a gap in the door. Enough for a small pony to slip through. She got to her hooves, rubbing her head, and seeing that gap. "Darn. I'm too tall to fit through. Anypony here think they can slip through that hole?" She asked, still oblivious to her transformation.
  22. OK, this is moving a mile a second. I am going to try to catch up with a mega post, but I won't be able to participate if I leave for an hour and find that we are two pages ahead. That is too fast even by my standards.
  23. @@Charcoal Embers, Ah. That is good to know. Sorry about that, just a little confusion. I will be sure to include that in all future posts.
  24. @@Charcoal Embers, @, Max watched with a mixture of eagerness and interest as the mare worked his lock with the feather he provided. When she finally got it open, he stepped out, taking a minute to stretch his legs and wings. After his limbs were popped and loose, he adjusted his fedora and trotted over to Star's cage. "Alright, let's see about getting you out of there."
