Yoyo @@Sterling Crimson, Yoyo looked at the lovey-dovey pair with barely veiled envy. She was rather slumped on the fact that Erlen met Chemm in the university, the same university she earned her major. Other than her five friends, she hadn't had much chance to meet anypony during her study. It certainly seemed like she had missed a lot in her youth. Her eyes dragged downward. Finding a lover in her line of work would be next to impossible. It took Yoyo only fractions of a second before she reverted back to her cheerful smile. She giggled and ushered the licking stallion to stop. "Better save that for the hotel room. You don't want to get too much attention in public places like this." She motioned to the side, a bunch of mares could be seen ogling at their table. One even had her camera ready. Yoyo laughed nervously "I guess it's time for us to make our way to the Neighton. Whaddaya say?"

@, "Aw, Fender..." Winterglade jabbed Fender's shoulder. "Not in front of ponies," she whined, cheeks blushing. Wonder Shrine chuckled and waved her forehoof aside. Springsteps openly laughed, but soon choked on a piece of carrot. After a loud racket the four finally resumed their lunch in peace. "I'm glad my presence here could be any of help to both of you. You two have taken care of my daughter when I could not, and I could never say thank you enough," the unicorn said. She looked outside, the sun indicated that it was nearing evening. "I believe it is time for me to bid farewell. I hope we can visit each other in a casual manner anytime soon." As on cue, Springsteps jumped onto her mother's back. Wonder Shrine smiled and nodded to Winterglade before trotting out of the room. "See you later!" Winterglade followed to the door and waved a hoof. "Take care!" When the unicorns reached the front lobby, Springsteps stuck her tongue out, on which Winterglade replied by blowing a raspberry to the filly. The two continued making funny faces at each other until Wonder Shrine took a turn around a block. Winterglade returned to Fender and sighed. "You know, I think I'm starting to hate that little fuzzball."

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn Glow returned the smile. "Yes we totally should! As long as I'm not busy taking care of my mom, of course." She grinned happily. It was nice to feel that Vincent had regarded her in a friendly way. "Anyway, I guess it's time for me to leave. See you later, Vincent! Good luck with Raspberry" With that said, she flapped her wings and flew to the east, away from the city center. She sighed contentedly as the wind blew her mane and tail, today was a good day.

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn Glow giggled at Vincent's attempt to comfort her. The griffon was nice enough, it was unfortunate that she was not... She stopped the line of thought. She quickly paid for her meal and motioned to Vincent to follow her outside. The place had became rather cramped for her. Outside, Autumn Glow took in a deep breath. "Whew! This night air is lovely, don't you think?" She laughed heartily. "I never really like closed space like that. Hm, I don't have any plan for the night, but you should get some rest for tomorrow. Can't show up to Raspberry's place all sleepy and wobbly, right?"

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn Glow sighed inwardly. There goes the unicorn doctors, she mused. She wanted to help Vincent, but her limited knowledge and connection to expert ponies wouldn't be able to do much. She absentmindedly bit into her muffin. "Muffins, if Raspberry wouldn't like the pancakes, give her the muffins," she commented before eating all of it in one big gulp. Soon all of her food followed, accompanied with passing comments how they would taste to ponies. "Ah... That was good! The day is getting real late now. Do you have any other plan in mind?"

@, "That's..." Winterglade paused. Everypony had taken a seat on the table, except Springsteps who decided to sit on her mother's lap. Winterglade scrunched her face. "Should we prepare a feast or something? I don't know." Her ears fell. She never saw any of the royalties first-person, the prospect of being actually visited by one scared her a bit. "What if princess Luna would come here with the guards? Should we prepare food for all of them too?" Wonder Shrine visibly gulped. She hadn't thought about he possibility that Luna would arrive with escorts. "It seems that I wouldn't be able to accompany you tomorrow." She sighed. "We have a lot of things to take care of. Right, Springsteps?" The filly frowned for a moment before nodding in confirmation. Winterglade winced, now she and Fender would be alone.

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn Glow grimaced, from both hearing Vincent's question and his injured wing. Being unable to enjoy a long flight, that's not something a pegasus or griffon should endure. "That's... horrible. Have you tried healing magic? I heard some unicorns in Manehattan main hospital can regrow broken muscles and bones. I would recommend to give them a try." For a moment Autumn Glow looked apologetic. "Being leered by some ignorant flankholes wherever you are must be rough. And for myself," she paused, her eyes wandered around the room. "I was born in a very ordinary family, but the circumstances of my birth wasn't exactly the best. I have to keep things hidden or my mother would get very very sad, heh. Hey, the foods are getting cold, let's eat!" She took a bit out of the buttery pancake. "Hm, they could use more sugar in the pancake."

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn slightly nodded a few times along with Vincent's story about his hometown. Their orders arrived, but Autumn ignored the food for time being. This Bavaria city... It certainly sounded familiar, a bit like the place where she was born. She could understand how Vincent wanted to leave that city as soon as he could. "Hm, I assume you're still doing the courier job?" she asked, but she soon continued without waiting for any reply. "I don't know what happened to you in the city, but now you are here, on your own, doing things that you like, that's should be all that matter to you! It's a beautiful thing, living your own life. You shouldn't let your upbringing hamper you down." She nodded assuredly.

@, Winterglade chuckled. "Nothing to worry about! The food won't be going anywhere, but this filly..." her voice still muffled from all the fur in her mouth. Springsteps struggled weakly, but Winterglade's bite was too strong. "She chased me out of the room and around the front lobby. She wouldn't stop until I had to get the security to help me throwing the bitter nutmeg away. Ain't she a naughty filly?" she asked rhetorically, a mischievous glint flashed in her eyes. "Do you know what ponies do to a naughty filly?" Springsteps whimpered. She tried to look at her mother for help, but the unicorn mare only smiled and shook her head. She was alone now. "Sorry..." Winterglade rocked the filly a little bit. Springsteps winced. "I'm sorry I promise won't chase ponies around with food they don't like!" "Now that's a good filly." Winterglade released her grip on Springsteps, who promptly galloped away from the pegasus. Winterglade laughed, she was a bit afraid that she might traumatized the filly, but now at least they were even. "That chase was tiring. I guess it's time to eat!"

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn Glow chuckled hearing Vincent's invitation for grabbing a bite together, to test the water a bit better. "Sure, why not? I don't have anything important to do tonight. I'll try to give you an objective review on the food in this place," she smiled. She sensed a slight doubt in Vincent, but she guessed it was from him being nervous for tomorrow. She sat down on a vacant table and ordered some foods that she figured a mare would love to try. Autumn Glow waited until Vincent finished his order before speaking up, "Hey, if you don't mind me asking, where did you come from? Were you born in Manehattan or you came from somewhere else?"

@@TheLineTrotter, Autumn Glow nodded as Vincent told her about his plan on taking the ice cream mare, Raspberry was her name, around the city tomorrow. Maybe it's a date? Her eyes lit up. "No! No not that, don't mind me and my nosey, Pegasi are just a bit sensitive on their nose. Raspberry might be okay with the smell, don't use me as a comparison. Every ponies have different noses," she quickly replied. "If you like this place and want to take Raspberry here, then just do it! It's better start going around the town in a place you're okay with." She tapped her chin. "For the pony food, you can ask other costumers here. Or you can look at what they're eating now. If they're eating a lot of food and tend to linger after eating, then the menu is fine." She sniffed the it a few times, trying to ignore the meat smell. "The coffee smells wonderful, if you ask me"

She was relieved that the griffon didn't hold any grudges over what happened. "And no, it's normal to be defensive. I was being insensitive back there, and... I guess you are going to have some dinner now?" Autumn looked around the restaurant, it was a rather nice place, though the lingering smell of synthetic meat substance stung her nose. I guess it's only normal for griffons, she mused inwardly.

Autumn Glow didn't spare any second and wolfed down the waffles as soon as Raspberry was finished. "Oh Celestia this is good...!" The chocolate ice cream taste so right in her mouth. Briefly she forgot about her fangs and nearly bit into her own lips. She winced. "Ouch... I guess I gotta go now. See you later, Strawberry girl!" She put down the bits along with a generous tip and flew away from the booth. The day was closing, and the night sky slowly pushed the sun away. Autumn Glow sighed, her wings lazily carried her over the city line. The sunset was reminding her too much about somepony. She was contemplating going back to Cloudsdale tomorrow when she saw the griffon from earlier. She banked downward and followed the griffon, maybe an apology would be in order. @@TheLineTrotter, Once inside, Autumn Glow gingerly approached the griffon. She cleared her throat. "Uh, sorry for my awful remark from earlier. I didn't mean to say anything, it's just that I never really see any of your kind around here, and it's kind of surprising to see you eating ice cream." She grinned rather awkwardly and offered a hoof to the griffon. "Friends?"

@, Hearing Fender's words, Wonder Shrine sighed in relief. She smiled. "If you didn't have any compulsion to look up in your dream, that means there is no external force affecting you in any way. To see some kind of unfamiliar construct floating in your dreams is one of the major sign that something was done to your inner psyche. I'm glad that the... the dead ones didn't do anything permanent to you." Wonder Shrine looked a bit afraid, but her smile was calm. Winterglade slowly walked into the room, afraid that she might interrupted anything important. In her snout she was carrying a rather upset Springsteps by the scruff. The filly looked strangely still. "Um... Did I miss something?" she asked, her voice a bit muffled.

(OOC: oh dear, sorry for the late reply...) "Oh, yes! I'll take any waffles, doesn't matter if I have to wait for a while or an hour," Autumn Glow nodded her head excitedly. For some reason she was starving for any solid food. AS she waited for her order, the griffon questioned what's wrong with him eating an ice cream. Autumn Glow found herself unable to answer, she only smiled apologetically as other costumer explained that griffon was indeed an unusual sight around this part. The conversation continued around her, and Autumn Glow watched as the griffon left the place. She sighed. "I just made a fool of myself, didn't I?"

Whenever I'm upset, I would just spend my energy screaming at people anonymously over the internet, preferably imageboards. It's surprisingly calming when the target of your anger lashes out back at you with huge strings of incoherent phrases.

Most of the time I eat my dinner alone in my own house. Even when I'm visiting my parents, I would still eat my dinners alone. It's danged cramped when you have three people eating together in a small room, but sometimes when my father is away I would eat dinner with my mum. My sister is so far away, so she's out from the equation :c

Autumn Glow had been flying around the city aimlessly. She herself was rather unclear on why she was wandering around when she still have a lot of things to do. The pain in her skull had subsided, but it was replaced by something else, something more subtle. There were so many emotion imbalances in the city... Her line of thoughts were quickly interrupted with a loud rumble from her stomach. "Oh dear." @@scooterlou, After circling a couple of city blocks Autumn finally came across an ice cream shop. She quickly trotted in and ordered, "Hello there! Do you have any waffles? I would like two waffles with three chocolate ice cream, please!" Autumn Glow looked around her and did a double take. She gawked. "Why would a griffon eating ice cream?"
