yes and no...they base it off of your behaviour...if they think you will do a good job they will offer you a position when it arises..posts dont really matter. Not that im saying you shouldn't post.. and Reputation can help, but only if your reputation is for being helpful,kind and dedicated...things like that

Plenty of people report things. For as diligent as we try to be, it's inevitable that something will slip under the radar, so it's very much appreciated when people take the time to report questionable material.
