    There was just a thread on /mlp/ a couple of weeks ago...... Anyway, I personally like it due mainly to its unrestricted nature. As of the last couple of days, though, the board's janitor has been going apeshit and deleting every thread in sight for no real reason so it's going downhill fast.

    I usually go to bed between 12:30 and 1:30 on weekdays and weekends. I have to wake up at 6:45ish for school on weekdays so it's admittedly not that healthy of a sleeping schedule. I get to stay asleep for however long I want on weekends though, which is always nice.

    Okay, but she still exhibits those traits nonetheless and that can cause others to dislike her. I'm not saying these traits are unjustified or that they make her a bad character, but they're not desirable traits no matter the context. If someone you knew was arrogant and, at times, classless, you probably wouldn't like them very much either.

    In this day and age, marriage seems like more of a risk than anything and isn't very promising. Divorce rates are though the roof and people that do stay married often end up in a dysfunctional or abusive relationship. The breadwinner in the marriage ends up losing a lot of what they worked for in divorce and men end up losing their kids and having to pay child support. Let's not forget about how you'll most likely be cheated on.... The answer is: never, at least not unless you're REALLY confident it'll work out. There are so many things that could go wrong with marriage that it just isn't worth it. Stay single.

    Nothing at the moment, because I don't have anything to procrastinate on. Just last week I had to write an essay for a book, though, and I ended up having to read almost all of the book the day before the essay (only read the first 30 pages before that point).

    Gonna have to go with either chocolate chip mint or cherry vanilla, but I haven't had all there is to try so I'm not as knowledgeable on the subject of ice cream flavors as I could be.

    Why is everybody hating on introverts? Are you guys just extroverted and need somebody to talk to at all times or do introverted roommates give off some kind of uncomfortable aura?

    Honestly, if I had the choice I'd go with your second or fifth roomates. Not having to be social and meet new people sounds like it would be a dream come true, but that's just me. In any case, I get the idea that I'd be really uncomfortable with an extroverted roommate or someone who constantly wanted to talk to me.

    Those first two points sound like an absolute nightmare. I'd hate to have to hang out with people I'll likely want nothing to do with and I'd hate to have to pretend to be interested in whatever my roommate likes. Is there any way out of those things?

    While we're at the subject of roommates, there are some specific questions that I'd really like to get some feedback on since I'm going to live in a dorm next year as well. How often will roommates invite friends and/or girlfriends over? Do they often try to introduce you to them or will they let you keep to yourself while in their presence? Do they expect you to open up to them or will they let you keep to yourself? Can they be annoying or rude or will they generally be decent to you? Do they respect your privacy? I ask these questions as a socially awkward introvert who is uncomfortable with sharing the same room as other people. Again, feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey guys. Since I recently got a job and am getting some disposable income, I figure I'll get myself a better laptop than the one I'm currently using once I go off to college. I'll probably end up using it for internet, office, and some light/medium gaming and I want to get a laptop that gets the job done while not costing too much. I've heard good things about Lenovo's Thinkpad line, and I've heard that ASUS is pretty good as far as laptops go. Anyone have any suggestions?

    I use firefox. I just switched over to it from chrome a month ago after finding out that it's actually faster than chrome on my shitty laptop and haven't gotten around to customizing it or installing any addons other than ABP yet.

    Bump Seeing all the butthurt reactions to Lauren stopping by /mlp/ is hilarious. It's like people are completely disregarding what she has to say about the people there.

    I guess I could either fall under heterosexual or asexual, depending on how you define the latter. I still get aroused by women but have no desire for sex.

    People don't like her because she's arrogant, sometimes to an unreasonable degree, and is often only able to think about herself and how "awesome" she is while not having any kooth. You're right, though: they actually did develop her character in more recent episodes and she is a good character a lot of the time.

    I live in Murrika, the land of freedom and fat scooters. I kind of want to move somewhere else since this place is practically owned by shady corporations but I don't know where or how I'd be able to make a living.

    My parents set up an AoL account for me as my first one and I still use it for some formal stuff because it's the one I've been using for years. I use gmail for everything else and have been slowly transitioning to it from AoL for formal stuff too becuase AoL is ancient at this point. I barely even use e-mail though so it doesn't matter much.

    This movie is being aimed at the kind of people who watch Hannah Montanah, iCarly and the like. These kinds of people find a high-school setting appealing due to the drama and social aspect of it, so it's the perfect setting if your target demographic are teeny boppers and 10 year olds. Hasbro is just giving these people what they want; more of the same crap. They don't care if it doesn't make sense or if it's a downright bad idea, all that matters to them is that the target demographic buys into it.

    I've been hearing this song constantly over the past few days so it's gotten stuck in my head pretty quick. Catchy as all hell.

    I guess Luna now has access to the human world through some form of magic or another. Anyway, since my waifu is now real for a week, I'd spend as much time as I could with her, as long as she wants to. I'd just be affectionate and loving towards her and show her some things that don't exist in Equestria, like video games and anime. I'd also talk about all kinds of things with her, mainy asking her about herself since her life is such a mystery. This is still wishful thinking though, even if this did happen.

    I'd spend my day with Luna I'd like it if we just kept each other company, talked, and cuddled with each other. Maybe we'd watch some anime or play vidya together.

    Pls no "Gamer Luna" here. This is one of the worst things to come out of the fandom and we wouldn't want it tainting this thread. Also John Joseco is massively overrated.
