Deflated was ok, but it wasn't really sad and I found it kind of boring.

Yours Truly was very interesting and had its moments, but if felt dragged out at some points

I didn't like The Things We Leave Behind. I don't really like Twilicorn outliving her friends stories.

The Final Dream of a Filly was ok, but it didn't feel sad to me.

I like Pinkie, I just don't usually get sad with Pinkie Pie stories. I get more sad with parent/child relationships. My favorite fanfics are My Little Dashie and Past Sins.
