Well, I was hoping someone could answer me so I could decide if I should read it or not.

Probably it is, I read 5 chapters untill I decided to just start reading other fanfics. If you are going to read Fallout: Equestria, you have to be prepared to spend a lot and I mean a lot of time reading it. But it's still really good, at least what I read was amazing. I will read it sometimes later, when I will have all the time in the world. I just decided to read other fanfics instead.
