    OMFG there is a huge flying beetle in my room right now and I am scared...I tried to crush it but somehow it survived. Now I don't know where it is and I am freaking out.

      Don't worry too much beetles are normally harmless herbivores they generally don't even bite. I highly doubt you have a Hercules beetle there so you should be fine. Though if you are worried just keep some form of aerosol near you. It doesn't even have to be bug spray, things like Febreeze work just as well. Just spray it and eventually it won't be able to move and then you can dispose of it how you wish. Hope this helps :).
