    I almost got myself into a freak bicycle accident. The chain fell off because I was pedaling too fast and I was standing, and my feet slipped from the pedal and almost went all over the place. I'm lucky that I have a good sense of balance.

      A hot room will certainly make things difficult. I used to have that problem. Sometimes I need to take some melatonin to get to sleep. There are times when I can be fighting to stay awake all day long, then at night I'm wide awake.
