I'm on a plane. 

Thursday: Did an 85-minute HIIT cardio workout, then walked 10.7 miles.

Friday: A 40-minute tabata (a type of HIIT workout with more intensity).

Yesterday: 16.62-mile walk.

Today: A well-earned day off.

I AM NOW A SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!!

What a heck of a day!

1. Found out I lost another couple of pounds.

2. Completed an 85-minute HIIT workout.

3. Walked 10.6+ miles.

And I have The Critic on DVD which yeah had that episode where Siskel and Ebert voice themselves l.😁

I'm not sure rather I find Opaline or Zephar Breeze the king/queen of most annoying character in the entire MLP history. 

Either way we'd be better off if they didn't exist I feel
