Starting a weight loss plan! Anyone got any tips on what to stay away from, food wise? Or exercise tips would be nice...i'm planning on doing walks around the neighborhood + circuit exercises.
Be paranoid of how many calories you're eating mostly, avoid eating too many snacks and especially stick to how many calories you're willing to eat per day to lose weight. Your exercises should help you as well.
