    I haven't been doing a good job at counting calories lately. Think I gained some. I mean, I try to eat less than 1,000 a day.

      Only 1,000? Goodness. I'm doing 1,000 calories in a day if I'm down to my last dollar and it's a week til payday xD

       

      When I was playing sports in high school, a 4,000 calorie day wasn't abnormal. If I did that today, I'd gain so much weight lol

      I'm sure I used to eat more than 2,000 calories before I stopped doing that. At least I now know the source of most of my weight gain.
