    Well...quite a few gears are turning tonight. Family mentions medication, which I finally considered. A little later, they ask if I'd stay home this summer. With how I've been feeling these last few weeks, taking that time to focus on my anxieties seems crucial. I'm glad they brought it up.

      Same here :) It's been 6 years since it all started, and they've been singing the same song ever since. Even if they don't understand it very well, they've always tried to help in their own way - and that's been enough. Despite my break from their philosophies, they've always placed priority on my well-being. I'm lucky to have them.
