Mods do move topics into their correct sections when they're posted in the wrong one. Your topic was locked by Code, he said: "@Bravo Satisfries. Hey there. Remember that when creating topics, you are wanting to try and start a discussion about a certain subject between members. Locking." It wasn't locked for being in the wrong section. It was locked for not being great for discussion between members. You should move it to a blog. And if you're wondering why the mod didn't move your thread to a blog, they can't. You have to do it yourself.
