    I totally agree with you, because I know that being a brony is a small part of me. There are, however, some people that being a brony is a huge part of their life. I have a friend at school who loves the show to death. The way I see it, if he wants to make his love for a show the centerpiece of his personality, then he can go right ahead. After all, it isn't affecting me in any way, shape or form. If it makes him happy, then I am happy too.

    I never had to worry about that because I was never caught. However, I did have a back-up plan, or a failsafe if you will. My excuse was that a friend told me I should try watching the show because it was good, and I have a very open mind. If they think I am stupid or gay at that point for being open to new things, then they are not worth my time anyway.

    I am guessing between 800,000 and a million. On YouTube, you can find countless bronies in every comments section of every video ever, even the ones that don't deal with the fandom. There are a few at my school, and I have friends across the country that I know are bronies as well.

    THANK YOU! There are almost no Minnesotans that sound like that. It pisses me off when people just assume crap like that. Personally, the only thing that Minnesotans do that is remotely close to that is they say "Oh yeah" a lot. P.S. This is in reply to Digital Tears' post on the first page, eighth post down. I don't know why the quotes aren't working.

    I know the feeling, you are not alone. At my school, if you are a nice person, you are considered a dork, or a nerd, or etc. In order to be popular, you have to be a total dick to almost everyone. I am happy and sad to say I am not popular. Happy because it means I am not a douche and I am a nice person, and sad because I get bullied so much. I play on a hockey team with about 14 other players. Some of them are very mean because I am not super skinny. Now I am in no way fat, but I am not fitting in skinny jeans any time soon either, its just the way I am built. I have dealt with my depression now, but at one point I was contemplating suicide. My advice to you, is to find just one person who will be there for you, no matter what happens. It will help your depression. They don't have to be close to you, as I found out, because the beauty who saved my life lives in New York, and I live in Minnesota. She helped me so much, and all you need to do is find that special person to help you through this rough time. I know that life kinda sucks right now, but trust me, things do get better.

    I think one of the biggest problems in this world is that humans love conflict. You can say you don't but humanity as a whole is meant to fight. We are always looking for reasons, we are always finding reasons. Many of the people who say don't feed the trolls, or parasprites, are the ones doing all the feeding by adding stuff like "They aren't worth our time." but that just pushes the war further because it makes the trolls angry, and that is exactly what the person trying to stop the fight wants. It is a vicious circle.

    Ok, so about a month ago I needed a fanfic cover artist to draw up some stuff for me. I got a few answers, and the one I went with canceled on me today. So, I have decided to reach out to you guys again, and see if anyone else can help me out with this. I have a few pictures of the OC's that I need to be drawn up. There are a few more details about the picture that the artist will need to know, so PM me or reply to this topic if you're interested and we can go from there.

    There is no doubt in anyone's mind that MLP and the bronies have had an impact on the internet, and the world. After MLP ends, I believe that inevitably, the bronies will slowly die. Some people lie to themselves and say that wouldn't happen, but we have seen that even between seasons, the fandom slows down. What happens when there isn't a season to keep people psyched to come back. The fandom would live for a couple years, and then it would eventually die out. I do, however, believe there would be, legends, if you will, created by this destruction. There would be a few bronies left, that would carry on the legacy of us. Every now and then, you would come across a pony pic, and reminisce about those times. DeviantArt would become, a sort of hieroglyph safe. You could go there, and remember the days of the bronies, and how we ruled the internet. BronyCon wouldn't be around anymore. MLPforums would be a ghost town, as would EqD. Those few bronies would surf the internet, forever trying to find each other, to slowly build a place to belong. It is up to these few bronies to carry on, and do what we couldn't. Good lord, someone write a fanfic.

    About a week ago, I was sitting in my Spanish class. We have tables in that class, not desks. The table layout is really weird, I sit on the left side, but facing the right side of the room. Just across the aisle, facing the front of the room, is a girl that I have a HUGE crush on, needless to say, I have a great view. But that day, when I was checking her out, I saw something. She was wearing a Mane 6 belt. I didn't even know she was a brony, so I complimented her about it. It worked out well, we are dating now.

    Twilight: I am very smart, and I keep all of my grades up. Rainbow Dash: I am athletic, I have played hockey for 12 years. Applejack: I am in very good shape, especially my legs from said hockey. Fluttershy: I love animals, I have three dogs, and in the third grade I had a turtle over the summer named Tank Jack. Rarity: I am really into style, I care about how I look far more than I should even though I am a guy and my mom tells me that is not what guys are supposed to care about. Pinkie Pie: I love to party! I go to parties with my friends all the time, not a whole lot of people enjoy my company but I still go because it is fun.

    Personally, I have found that the OC side of the fandom is far more interesting than just talking about the Mane 6. At the risk of sounding nerdy, I like to think of it like videogames. The actual show is like the campaign, it is a lot of the same thing. Now the fandom and say, taking OC's and putting them in place of the main characters, everything is always changing, just like multiplayer in a videogame, .

    Unfortunately, I think it will start to die down. From what I have seen, the new episodes are what keep the material going. We haven't seen much from the music side of things in a few months, but the art is still flowing ok, so I guess I really don't know what to think, but I hope it carries on for awhile.

    I agree with most of what has been said, but I personally don't care what people make their OC's look like. It has never effected me personally in any way, shape, or form. I say if making your OC a dark, blood covered, brother of Luna, then go crazy if that makes you happy. If you look at my OC, I like simplicity, that is why I chose an earth pony, but I also like having something to show off, so I gave him some nice horse shoes (see what I did there) and a nice looking vest.

    I truly believe that she would NOT help us. Now this seems a bit harsh, but if she opens the portal she risks letting in enemies as well as friends. She would also have to think about the well being of all of the ponies and how bringing in humans could effect them. Not only that, but many humans would not appreciate the help and would most likely be threats to the ponies in the future.

    Believe it or not, I had never really even heard of bronies before I became one. I heard about bronies from my friend that was a brony and I told him he was an idiot, just messin with him, not actually being mean. That day I went home and watched all three seasons over the weekend. I was listening to some brony music on my phone when he saw the thumbnail. It was Vinyl Scratch. He looked over and was like "OMG! You are listening to brony music!" and my face turned a bright shade of red.
