For now I have no idea what to do. I feel lonely angry, sad, useless, nothing , all at the same time.

If the depression has no trigger you can think of then all you can really do is ride it out or talk to someone, and I mean actually talk with someone, hearing their voice will let you know that they are actually listening and caring about how you feel. Even we can only do so much to help when we are only words on a screen.
