      I'm not hating on the song, I actually like it. I just think people is overrating it. It's a good song, it really is, but I don't think it is as good as people say it is.

      I'm pretty sure it's south. If it were the north, then the message wouldn't include statements such as "The government has in many ways failed its citizens. We have been deprived of things they have promised to give." - When is the last time that north ever promised anything to its citizens?

    I just got my experimental chapter up to the length that the other chapter had, in three days. The other chapter took a month to write.

      Do keep in mind that we're entirely volunteer-run; the entirety of our operations is dependent on unpaid volunteer time. Scheduling volunteers to be "on the job" at specific hours is vastly different from scheduling paid employees to do X at Y time (which would allow a maintenance window to be planned and announced well ahead of time). All things considered, I had a "now-or-never" opportunity to do this morning's tech work, so I went for it and am glad it's done now.

      Sorry if you missed a bit of your daily dose of MLPF. I know this place is really special to an awful lot of people, and I wouldn't intentionally take things offline if there was nothing to be gained from it. I expect the community will appreciate the results. ;-)

    Huh, it turns out that writing in a 1st person perspective is about ten times as fun as writing in the 3rd person perspective that I'm used too.
