    I've had enough of trying to find headphones that I actually like. I try to do everything I can to make an informed decision, but everything I buy ends up sounding bad, or just ok. But I want to find something better. Why does this have to be so difficult? :/

      My first (and only) true headphones were UltimateEar. Nice, compact, good sound, and relatively cheap.

      My idea of 'sounds good' seems to be really different from everyone else's. The best thing I've been able to find are Sennheiser MX470 earbuds. Only thing I've found that I'm happy with. But I'd like to be able to have something better, and that's what sparked my (unsuccessful) search.
