  1. Apologies on my end too, my internet was out. As for any ideas...none come to mind.
  2. Oh, I LOVE these designs! I'd totally love it if you did my PNG!
  3. Still as socially relevant as it was in 1966.
  4. To Pipp: is pineapple on pizza valid? THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS THAT THE PEOPLE-err, PONIES WANT ANSWERED!

  6. So this RP idea originated from a one-off gag in my fanfic series Supreme: The Ivory Icon; during one scene in the story "All This and Earth-2!", while exploring the multiversal nexus known as Alternity, Suprema (this universe's Supergirl analogue) ends up meeting Pinkie Pie, Loona (from Helluva Boss) and Della Duck while waiting in line to inquire as to where she can find the portal that leads to Earth-Squared (for context, she, her brother Supreme, and the Allies - analogous to the Justice League - are on a rescue mission looking for the main characters from the 1963 miniseries, who have been trapped on Earth-Squared for 19 years). The four of them get to talking and Pinkie Pie suggests they keep in contact. This seemingly one-off interaction gets a call-back in a later story, when Suprema mentions that she and "her friends [she] made in Alternity" got caught in a situation on the world of Anticthonn (a "counter-Earth" on the other side of the sun where 70% of the planet is land, humans went extinct 65 million years ago + subsequently evolved into troglodytes, and intelligent dinosaurs are the dominant lifeform). And this got me to thinking - what if these four decided to form a superhero team, meeting whenever the opportunity presents itself, and solving the issues that are just too small or strange for the bigger heroes to handle? Making their homebase in the Citadel Supreme, the all-female team known as the Syrens travel around the Awesomeverse (the out-of-universe name for Supreme: The Ivory Icon's setting) and beyond solving the problems and fighting the bad guys others can't or won't. So I'm looking for three other people who wanna play Pinkie, Loona, and Della respectively. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
  7. Guy's trying to order a pizza and doesn't want breadsticks.
  8. Wanting to do a crossover RP following Suprema (from Alan Moore's Supreme), Pinkie Pie, and Loona from Helluva Boss as they decide to form a crimefighting team...mostly as an excuse to hang out together, not too dissimilar to the Gotham City Sirens.

(this is just a random plot thingamajig that I came up with)

  9. I sorely wanna do a superhero RP.

  10. Ween is the perfect band, they have something for everyone.

  11. Know any good books on Jediism?

    1. Jedishy

      Jedishy

The Situational Jedi by Opie Macleod

      Jediism Explained by Opie Macleod

The Jedi Compass by Jedi Community ( joint effort and literally what the author is listed as )

I am also working on my own book but its got a bit to go.

I highly suggest looking at various orders doctrine or precepts as well.

If you have questions Im always open to talking about the path.

  12. ngl, The Winkster from Barney feels like a C-list Superman villain (positively) or a Flash villain

just a silly guy who likes jokes

  13. So not too long ago, I was looking for a DM for my Powered by the Apocalypse group (and thankfully found one; a big thank you to @Courageous Thunder Dashfor taking on the reins). Now I've run into a smaller but no less bothersome problem: needing one last player for a full group. See, we're playing Jinkies!, which is meant to be a throwback to all the classic Hanna-Barbera mystery cartoons: Scooby-Doo, Josie and the Pussycats, etc. While almost all the roles have been filled (I am playing the "mascot", the talking animal sidekick, for example), there's just one last one that has been left vacant - "the Talent". Since the characters are meant to be in a band, and since this game is a rules-light, narrative-driven, "play to find out" (meaning that while the DM has a basic plot in mind it is ultimately the players who decide the outcome) and combatless + deathless game, I'm looking for someone interested in playing an "arty" sort of character who can bounce off the weird, wild personalities of the other characters and players. Other details: -The game is being played through Discord. -We've decided that every other Saturday at 4 PM PST/7 PM EST is ideal. -Ideally the game lasts 2-4 hours. -We will be playing through voice chat, but we have a text channel just in case. So...yeah. If anyone is interested, PM me.
  14. So would anyone be interested in joining my Powered by the Apocalypse group? We're playing "Jinkies!", a throwback to the 70s H-B mystery cartoons.

  15. Might take a crack at writing a song; I may not be the best lyricist but I think a song dedicated to Pinkie in the style of 60s bubblegum could work.
  16. This year I am *definitely* beginning work on "Supreme: The Ivory Icon".

"Raise your right hand and swear."

"I'd swear, but standards won't let me."

  18. tbh, out of all of HB's Scooby clones, Fangface was my fave growing up. Especially since all the monsters were real.

      Samurai Equine

If it counts, then I'll go with Blue Falcon & Dynomutt. If not, Jabberjaw and Inch High Private Eye. Silly as they were, they were my gems.

Hong Kong Phooey... As a kid, I loved it. By today's standards, I doubt anyone would touch that IP with a 10 foot poll. And does Super Friends count? I know the focus is the DC superheroes, but they had two civilian kids and a cartoon dog to help solve mysteries (Marvin, Wendy & Wonder Dog).

  19. So I'll cut to the chase: I'm looking for a gamemaster for a Powered by the Apocalypse group I'm putting together. The game in question being Jinkies, a throwback to the classic Hanna-Barbera mystery cartoons of the 1970s like Scooby-Doo, Josie and the Pussycats, etc. I'm hoping we can have our first session on Saturday, February 4th via Roll20. If anyone's interested, let me know; you can contact me over here or on Discord (Rebel the Wolfgirl#4669).
